The world’s leading hotel in long-stay guests. It will be located within the QALMA Condominiums complex in Coyol de Alajuela, which will become the first mixed residential-commercial complex in the area. It will have 117 rooms and will serve mainly customers of the growing business chain that has been developing in the west of the Greater Metropolitan Area. It will have exclusive amenities that will allow its customers to have the best possible experience during their stay. START OF CONSTRUCTION JUNE 2024
FAIRFIELD INN BY MARRIOTT, CURRIDABAT SAN JOSÉ
Executive hotel with 110 rooms located in one of the most exclusive areas of the East Zone of San Jose. It will be part of a mixed complex with an important component dedicated to gastronomy and commerce in general on the first level of the hotel. It will have all the necessary components to provide the service required by business travelers and customers in general. Fairfiled is one of Marriott’s largest brands with more than 670 hotels in operation.

The Courtyard by Marriot Coyol Hotel will be an executive hotel that will have 127 rooms, in the best area of El Coyol de Alajuela.
