Real estate development
We take care of the integral development of business plans, evaluation or search of properties, market research, technical, financial and commercial planning and structuring, capital raising, financing, design and paperwork, administration and supervision of the execution of the project, coordination and execution of the marketing and sales strategy, until the sale and delivery of the properties to the client or final buyer.
Financial structuring

JARDIN REAL CONDOMINIUM
Jardín Real is a horizontal residential project located in La Guácima, Alajuela, on an area of 5.2 hectares in which 177 houses are being developed in 5 stages. The units are of 2 and 3 bedrooms in 1 and 2 levels, all with private garden. It has a variety of amenities such as swimming pool, multipurpose ranches, playgrounds for children, 5-a-side soccer field and pet park. The 2nd stage of construction is currently underway and the pre-sale of the 3rd stage is underway.
FRANCISCO DE HEREDIA CONDOMINIUM
Located in San Francisco de Heredia, Condominio San Francisco is a residential project developed on a 4.4 hectare property. It consists of 360 units of 2 and 3 bedrooms and will be built in 5 stages. Its distribution is in modules of 4 apartments each, two apartments downstairs and two upstairs, currently the construction of the first stage is being finalized. FAIRFIELD INN BY MARRIOTT, CURRIDABAT SAN JOSÉ
110-room executive hotel located in one of the most exclusive areas in the eastern zone of San José. It will be part of a mixed complex with an important component dedicated to gastronomy and commerce in general on the first level of the hotel. It will have all the necessary components to provide the service required by business travelers and clients in general. Fairfiled is one of Marriott’s largest brands with more than 670 hotels in operation.

The Hotel Courtyard by Marriott Coyol, will be an executive hotel that will have 127 rooms, in the best area of El Coyol de Alajuela. This project will offer the area a solution for all those looking for a lodging option that allows them to combine the work they are passionate about, with rest and relaxation in the same place.
QALMA CONDOMINIUMS
Qalma Condominio is a vertical housing project located in Coyol, Alajuela. In its first phase it has a 13-story tower and 64 apartments that honor the use of the best practices in vertical design. Based on the biophilic concept, Qalma has a high percentage of green areas and amenities, which create truly livable, fresh and illuminated spaces. It is developed on a property of more than 2 hectares and in its second phase a second building with similar characteristics is planned.
BE CARIARI MIXED USE PROJECT
BeCariari is the new mixed-use project located in Residencial Real Cariari, in the Canton of Ulloa, Heredia. This project will have a tower of 113 studio and 2-bedroom apartments, in addition to all the amenities that today’s lifestyles demand. In the commercial area there will be 6 spaces for convenience stores, gastronomy and entertainment. Developed on a property of more than 4,000 m2, BeCariari will also have a 123-room hotel of the renowned Hyatt chain, giving the project a cosmopolitan character and an international lifestyle.
DEN7 MIXED USED PROJECT
DEN7, is a vertical mixed-use project for offices, retail and residences, strategically located in Barrio Dent. This modern building is a sustainable architectural proposal that proposes the concept of biophilia as a differentiating element. The first and second floors will have a commercial plaza with convenience stores and office space. From the 3rd to the 8th floor, it will have 43 exclusive residences of 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms, with penthouse apartments on the top floors. Construction is scheduled to begin in the second half of 2021.

NATÚ is a project located in San Rafael de Montes de Oca, a strategic location, as it is adjacent to one of the largest lungs of San José, the Parque del Este.
